Wi-Fi works but SharePoint does not

Staff can browse the web and use Teams chat, but the SharePoint site and OneDrive sync fail on the studio Wi-Fi. On mobile data everything works.
Evidence gathered

- ▸SharePoint returns a timeout; OneDrive shows a sync error
- ▸Same laptop works fully on a mobile hotspot
- ▸The landlord's IT (Information Technology) contractor 'added content filtering' to the router last week
